Mingo at Bob Sykes? Typical PNJ typo or possibility?

There are no fences or boundaries in the water so anything is possible. A couple years ago a buddy caught a decent keeper in the pass while sheepshead fishing.

Could have been dumped as well. People will often keep smaller fish for bait offshore then dump them when they get back to the dock. I know small AJ that was dumped inshore. I don't see why it couldn't do just fine and grow up and find some structure in the bay to live on. I could be wrong though.

Typically deep water fish are more susceptible to temp swings as water tends to stay at a more constant temp the deeper it is. I dont know about mingo specifically but Id be surprised if it, and a breeding population could survive in the bay, after all theyve had millions of years to do so if they could.
