Default Winds and waves tomorrow

Wanting to do some king trolling tomorrow and maybe look for a cobia or two. Weather looks a bit windy, it is fishable in a 16'7" Boston Whaler? I will probably just troll around the buoys and barges that are right around the P-Cola pass. I feel 2-3 foot rollers are ok, but don't care for the hard chop. Has the wind/waves been better in the morning or pretty much consistant all day? Thanks!

Default Wind/Waves

It has been my experience that the wind & waves have been much more calm in the mornings. Yesterday was smooth all day though and last Saturday was rough/windy all day.

You can't ever tell but usually it is much more windy and rough in the afternoon.
