Default Where are the reds

I was looking through YouTube videos and I saw someone catching like 30 bull reds in Pensacola bay. I went out with my friend and used the exact lures he was using and the same spot but all I caught was pinfish, pufferfish, and a flounder. Where do I go and what do i use to catch that many reds.

We got into a ton on Saturday night in the Pass. It was almost three hours of nonstop action. I think we caught 23 Bull Reds, 3 sharks ( one was a 7 1/2 foot Bull), and two or three Cats. It was a blast! And earlier that same day, was throwing for mullet near the new stadium. Saw a freakin ton of mullet schools. Unfortunately, I lost my wedding ring after throw number 2, and that kinda put an end to that. My wife took it better than me. I was surprised. Lol. O*D*W

There are many different ways to fish for them. This time of year, there's a good chance you'll find them schooling on top in the pass. If not, troll deep diving cranks to find them, then use live bait or heavy jigs in the same area. And, yes, if there are birds diving, there's a good chance the reds will be under them.
