What kind of fish should I expect to catch with a larger size sabinki?
I used a larger size sabinki rig at the Navarre pier and all I would catch were Spanish Mackerel. I did catch a nice size Pompano with a smaller sabinki and thought if i moved up a size, i would catch more Pompano but no. I think I caught the Pompano by "mistake".
Has anyone else used a sabinki rig to catch Pompano? If so, what size is best?

i think u got lucky but i did catch a little red snapper and a little cobia on a sabinki it never hurts to try

Generally most people use the larger sabikis for hardtails, goggle eyes and other larger live baits but you never know what will eat them. I used to use the larger ones for triggerfish offshore with a small piece of squid. That was when you could use a J-hook though and the size limit was 12" total length.
