Default sheepshead and Blackwater bridge?

Ive been meaning to ask this for sometime, but can sheepshead be caught at the I10 bridge going over BW bay? Ive drowned some shrimp catching reds and specks, but not sheepies. Might try fiddlers next time. I would assume if they can be caught down by the 3M bridge they can be caught further up into the bay system.

Also will ghost crabs suffice?

Thanks, TNT
