Default Sheepheads and mangroves

Will be out in pass wed and thu when we have a spot of good ( to me..) weather for boating. Sheepshead , mangrove snapper, and black or scamp grouper will be target fish. Going to fish the jetties where pass meets gulf by pickens. May run by sikes to check on sheeps before heading to pass. Any feedback on this strategy and target fish ? Gonna do what I do, but anyone who knows these areas well I mos def want to hear from your experience. I'm a fair weather angler LOL !!! Don't do cold well..............ty and stay salty

I would skip the pass & just fish sheeps at Sykes. There are a lot out there right now (have been since October) & most of them are 3+ pounds. Wherever you go, good luck!

Went out there for an hour on Friday afternoon searching for some ingredients for fish tacos & found this one.

TY for the feedback Trying to decide where. Going to NP in morning since I live right across the bridge pretty much. If nada then I will try the on foot at sikes. Only times I have fished sikes was from boat and getting on west side of bridge, then going to almost channel and tying up at piling. Then climbing onto piling and scraping with small shovel and fishing straight down around pilings. Fishing from bridge on foot or at parking area by octagon dock are the only ways I know to fish this from foot. Will be using ghost shrimp. TY again and stay salty my friend nice sheep pic btw...
