Default Port St Joe

Our family is spending Thanksgiving week at St Joe State Park. Can anyone tell me what my best bet would be to do some fishing? I won't have my boat so I would be fishing off the beach. We get a cabin each year over Thanksgiving--its a very family friendly park. We hope all the PFF friends have a blessed Thanksgiving.
Cheers Kelley

I only fish a little there once a year between scalloping outings. Never fished there this time of year. Just wanted to say that you should be aware that the grass will be dying off and it will be hard to work some kinds on lures there (they have a lot of grass). Might want to try plastic jerk baits with a weighted, weedless swim bait hook.

Again, I don't have alot of experience there, but I know the grass could be an issue. Good luck.

I don't do much of this, but maybe something will be running on the gulf side. Surf fishing may be an option.

Default Presnell's

Give Presnell's Bait Store a call for a fishing report. Good people.
