Fishing midbay bridge with live shrimp and I caught this today between 12" jacks, black snapper, ruby red lips, and pinners

Right on everybody! We let this one swim away, lips got pretty messed up though!

I seem to find them in the weirdest places, I caught one this summer on the outside of John's bayou

I've caught em in the winter in the back of bayous in Ocean City and the channels exiting certain marinas on Eglin bouncing the bottom with a soft plastic looking for specs. Always seemed to be a school of them.
When they find you, work the jig faster like its summer.
