With the water so clear what are you guys using as far as hard lures goes, especially at night?

I've been knocking the socks off the Flounder but the problem is they are 8 - 10 inches, same problem with the trout all shorts. The inshore angler 3 inch glow in the dark paddle tail has been my hot bait lately, day or night.

I don't have a BX Minnow, I'll give tat a shot, thanks Chris and everyone else that responded. Some of the lures mentioned, all I've done with a few of them is scare the fish out from under the lights. Maybe my Karma is bad.
