Default late november flounder?

44 yr old married guy from texas - will be spending thanksgiving week in pensacola while my 18 yr old son looks at a college. staying in hotel just east of the fort pickens natl seashore. thinking about wading the back side for flounder (done hundreds hours flounder wading in galveston bay complex - just never florida). good idea or do you have a better one? any tips on bait?

Anybody want to join me? I'll be in town all week and have plenty of time. You'd be welcome company if you like to fish.

Chickenbone Beach, Soundside, or Ft Pickens, Jetties. Check with the local bait and tackle shops for bait and rigs.
