Default Inshore/Near Shore Charter Recommendation

I would appreciate a charter recommendation while one vacation with my family.

-We are staying in Santa Rosa Island, would prefer to launch within 30 minutes of that area.
-6 people, with limited fishing experience, but want to catch lots of fish of course
-Interested in keeping the catch, not a catch and release
-Dates are August 15-22
-Looking at a 4-6 hour trip
-Captain that will keep it clean, enjoyable. No alcohol, etc.

Thanks in advance for any input!

Tyler Massey at Hot Spots is also a good option. I've been out with him 3-4 times now and have always enjoyed the trip.

You did not seriously say a Captain that would not be using alcohol, did you?

Charter Captains can lose their license for operating a boat or even a car while under the influence. I don't think you will be able to find a reputable boat Charter Captain or even one without a reputation who uses alcohol while taking a client out.

Thank you for the responses thus far. Some of the charters cater more toward groups that want to drink; we have a couple of younger boys for this trip and just want to catch fish.
