Anybody been out there recently for fishing?? If so, is there anything biting. What's biting and what are they biting on?

There have been a few reds late in the day on live shrimp, a few Spanish on small LYs, an occasional king on big LYs or pinfish if you can find them. Read my other post. Pickens is a crap shoot and just as fickled.

Ya I've been out to that little island between Sherman cove and fort mcree and have had some luck with reds out there. I've never actually been to
Fort Pickens but seeing how it's close I assumed it be hot too, But I guess with shore fishing it's , be in the right spot at the right time. Anybody know the cost to go out to fort pickens. I thinks it's like 5, 6 bucks isn't it?? I guess itd be worth it, of there were some decent fishing; which it sounds like, there isn't. I think I know that spot your talking about with the cross. I fish in that little inlet on the opposite side of the road . Some mullet in there, and close to the shore.
