Default Flounder in Choctaw

Hey all,

I've got a pontoon boat that I always take out to fish, but doesn't have a fish finder or anything on it. I can't seem to find any places that hold flounder in the Choctaw, and I've heard reports of them being caught. What other types of techniques can be employed to find the spots? Like would it be better to fish around piers? Or more towards the deeper water?

I usually fish for reds and specs around legendary, so if you ever see a kid fishing off of a pontoon that is drifting, then it's probably me. Any other tips for trying to catch these flatties would be greatly appreciated.
