Default Flats Temps

I've heard that 70 degree is the magic temp for the grass flat to get active. What has been your experience.

When the eel grass starts to turn green again (chlorophyll thing probably?)

Also when the bigger mullet start juming in the flats (probably a connection there but I'm no marine biologist). But yeah I'd bet long term water temp is a big indicator.

It happens in April, just as the Cobia season starts to slow it seems.
