Default FISH ID

my father-in-law found this washed on shore at Ft. Pickens. Hard shell with cool design on it. Has horns above the eyes. any idea what this is called?

if you will edit your post and push the space bar once inbetween pictures they will be up and down and you won't have to scroll across the page to see them.

Scrawled Cowfish, when they are alive they have very pretty colors. You occasionally catch them on small pieces of shrimp and squid. If you touch them you will find that they are built like little tanks with the strength of their skin
