Default Family coming to town

Just want to put my family on some fish..what's biting right now and on what? Where can I take them to catch triggers Mingos or amberjacks? Also has anyone been finding schools of big reds? They would love that. Any tips or suggestions would be great. 23 ft seafox is the rig with a single suzuki. I have some bay spots but I want them to catch some big fish and something we can bring home. How are the kings biting?
