Basically it is no tide at all. Sun and moon pull against each other equally usually during the first and third moon phases. Typically not good for fishing.

I was wading the grass flats in Big Lagoon early every morning this past week with very little luck / a few small trout. 3 weeks ago I was down doing the same and had good luck on the trout and managed a good redfish on topwater
If you have any other suggestions, I would like to hear them

thanks for the help / I am trying to learn

Not a dumb question. Around here it's semi-diurnal tide phase characterized by minimal difference between high and low tides. You have 2 high and 2 low extremes instead of 1 each, and minimal difference between each.
Great time to dive sites like the Mass and Ft. Pickens.
Spearfishing is not affected by tide cycles, just saying.

Default Neap Tides

Neap tides are good for fishing if you're there when the tides change. There will be a lot of water moving for a short duration, but fish will bite.

Otherwise; nada. Stay home and study the tide tables. . JMHO C2
