Default Dock lights

I haven't fished in the winter much. Are dock lights any good this time of year?

Was considering going late tonight but didn't know if there are any fish on lights this time of year. Thanks for any advice =)

There are plenty of trout on the lights this time of year. Most of them are under slot.

If look on lights in bayous.. The ones in the sound and the bay won't be as productive this time of year..

Been having real good luck on lighted docks in the Harbor in Destin the water is deep 8 to 22 feet I have been fishing live 4 inch mullet and small pin fish with great suscess on the bottom with a sinker and just free lineing the live bait for 18-20 inch trout and many over slot reds hard to find keeper reds most are to large...The key is a moonless night and moving tide also have some fiddlers sheephead are plentiful in there so always have a crab close by to toss into the light.
