Dauphin island this weekend
I'll be shore-bound. Can anyone give me advice on where to fish? I was thinking sheepshead on the eastern jetties but I've never been there so I don't know. Are there any reds in the surf in March?

Try the jetties on the East end or go to the Cut Off which is the bridge north of DI bridge. Try the south side, be ready to lose some tackle lots off snags.

You're gonna have a tough time trying to fish the east end jetties with the south wind predicted this weekend.
If it was me (and it will likely be ;-) I'd go to West End Beach and walk down to Katrina (Un)Cut and fish the rocks on the Sound side.
Might be some redfish, ground mullet and white trout there too
