Cold Weather this weekend & the effect?
Was out last weekend early hitting the shallows (around 3am) and caught a good mess of reds. The temp was high 60's.
I'm concerned what your opinion is on this cold front hitting as I'd like to do it again Saturday. My guess is it will slow the bite down?

Reds don't seem to be affected by cold weather. They bite when they are hungry and the bait is in the area.

I think the cool down could move them out of the shallows in the pre-dawn hours when temps get down in the 40's and the shallow water temp drops. As soon as the sun hits the shallows though the water will warm up there first so my guess is bait fish will hit those areas followed by Trout and Redfish!
