Default Choctawhatchee Bay w/kayak

My wife and I will be in FWB next weekend. Any suggestions on the best area (not asking for your secret honey holes) to do some inshore fishing from kayaks # ? I was thinking maybe along the Eglin Village flats. If that is a decent spot, is there a good place to put in there?

# Actually we will be in a plastic Bass Hunter boat, but I did not want to try and put that in the subject line. It is 4x8 and fits in the pickup bed. You can paddle it or use a trolling motor. If you take the motor off and battery out, my wife and i can pick it up and carry it. But, to make it easier, it has wheels on one end. You can pull it or push it like a wheel barrow.
