Default Boat Motors

I'm looking for a boat mechanic to tune up my older model evinrude outboard. It has been garaged keep and not cranked since 2003. I poured out the old gas and it started the first try, but I noticed no water coming out. I need a water pump and a tune up. I'm not sure where the best place to take it so I'm asking for your help. I hope this is the right place on the forum to be asking this question, if not just let me know and I will re-post it. I'm always looking at the hunting form so I thought this would be a good place to start.
