Default Anything happening around Garcon Pt Bridge?

Thinking about taking the yak out there tomorrow am but don't want to paddle to the N side. Any Sheepshead, reds, trout, etc along the S side near Bal Alex?

I live near the bridge and the water is petty dirty. I have not been out, however, there must be a bunch of dirty/fresh water running into East Bay from the Blackwater, Yellow and East Rivers. Beyond that, the marine forecast is calling fo stiff winds outta the east with choppy to rough conditions for the next 2 days. This may be a week-end to just keep the yak on dry land.

I live about a mile East of the South end of the bridge on the bay and yesterday it was clear and beautiful. I paddle Boarded past the bridge and it was great. Saw more fish thenever. Everything from Mullet , Specs , Reds, Rays, and even a shark.

Before I post this, anyone who thinks what I'm about to say is some kind of secret , it's not so calm down.

Ox, if you go at night to the middle of the bridge on the south side you will catch more red Fish then you want to on an outgoing tide. During the daylight hours drift a live shrimp or small craoker/pinfish between the 6 and 20th piling bumping it off the bottom and you can kill the flounder, Specks, and drum. In the winter you can destroy the sheephead with almost the same techniques. Hope this helps and good luck.
