Default 7'6" or 8' 2-piece spinning rod?

I've been looking for a medium fast 7'6" or 8' 2-piece spinning rod for quite a while now and can't seem to find any. The closest I can come is a Mojo Cat rod from St Croix which is an 8', 2-piece but it's MH which is a little thicker than I want. Anyone know of a company or custom rod builder that makes rods in this config?

Am also wanting a "normal" spinning rod handle, not a long surf rod handle.

Just in case anyone else is looking for this config I found a St Croix that fits the bill: AVS80MLM2

Runs from $200 to $230.

You ever tried a Cabela's Whoopin Stick? Tough and cheap.

Check out a steelhead/salmon type of rod. Ugly Stick and Okuma both have rods in that category reasonably priced. I just ordered on Amazon a 8 1/2 ft. Okuma Celios steelhead rod for wade fishing and light surf fishing -- $49.95 !
