Default 3 year old fishing at DI tomorrow?

I will be taking my 3 year old on his first fishing trip 2morrow around the east end of DI. I will be in a 21 foot bay boat. Anyone know if the white trout are at sand island yet. I am not real experienced at inshore this early in the year, is it too early? Any other advice, close to the east end we will be happy to catch croakers!

Be careful. That current can change quick down there. And get nasty out of no where.
You should find fish. Water temp has moved on up this week. Just like its supposed to

Anytime you can spend on the water with your son will be great. At his age, any fish will put a smile on his face and yours...Enjoy
