Default 3-mile bridge

Going to try to make my first trip to 3-mile bridge later today with family. Any tips or pointers on bait, depth, etc.? Live shrimp, gulps, corks, on the bottom?

Thanks in advance and I will post some pictures.

Thanks.

I usually fish 3 mile at night, but we slay em with gulp 3" new penny shrimp, 5" new penny jerk shad, and smoke swimming mullet all work well for me. Also tryBerkley power bait mullet (the green ones) the trout and reds love em. We have fished many depths and caught fish. They have been on the top and bottom lately, but I havn't been to 3 mile sincelastMonday night. Good luck, 3 mile has been really fun lately, so you should catch fish.

Glastronix - thanks for the reply and the info. I have plenty of gulps and hope to get into them. I am guessing that most people fish on the east side of the bridge where the old fishing bridge collapsed?

Thanks again.
