Default 3 MB Bulls - tide preference??

Hey guys,
I have mostly fished for bulls at three mile on an incoming tide and generally done well. Have you also have luck on the outgoing tide? Any preference between the two, or do you just like moving water?

Outgoing tide, sun in the East, wind from the West, rising barometer, 1st quarter moon and NO dew on the grass.

No seriously, any water movement is ok but I do prefer outgoing tide if I am close to a river.
