Default want to help?

There is a pile of sand up at tiger point park and people are filling sand bags. Lots of elderly and single women and moms filling bags. I have been here for 2 hours filling and helping. I am about to deliver a load of bags to a retired navy gentleman. If you want to help bring a shovel and a truck or whatever you can.

Midway fire dept is giving away bags. If you are coming bring some. More sand on the way.

Do you have directions for Tiger Point Park?

Is this correct?

Good on ya Dave. If you need a hand with anything, I am right down the road. We might get let off work early today possibly. And we will probably have the next two days off. Let me know if you need a hand with anything. I have been helping friends and family all weekend.

Yeah, follow that road down next to Lowes and around to the left and you'll see the baseball fields and the pile of sand.

Default Well spent time

Thanks for the post, I took my 13 year old and his friend to load bags for their student government association hours for Avalon Middle School.

We worked from 4:30 to 6:30 and helped many elderly, ladies, and families. It was neat to watch the boys turn down money and state they were glad to help. A very rewarding afternoon with my son and his friend!

Right on! It feels good to do the right thing just because it's the right thing.
