Default Tropical Weather = Harvey, That sure popped up fast.

Harvey is making a quick comeback! Although not expected to become a formidable hurricane- it can still be dangerous! It is expected to bring strong winds and rain to the Texas coast- then move towards Louisiana bringing much unwanted rain to an already soggy region.

Now it looks like a Cat 3 Storm!!!

Yep, but who knows, it hasn't moved since 10 am and seems to be just winding up. This graphic shows they have very little confidence in the forecast after it gets close to the Texas coast!

Impressive spin-up over the past few hours. Looks like it will hit the coast and not move much for days. Big time rains.

Heard on the radio this morning that Texas should expect rainfall of biblical proportions.
