Don't panic! But use this current invest that looks like it could slow down and stall south of us and now has the potential to reach hurricane strength as the chance to go over your plans and supplies now!!! Better now with a little, tiny what if, than later!:thumbsup:

Yeah, it's looking pretty wicked with a 40 kt south wind. That will push a bunch of water into the bays. Looks like I'll pull the boat from the boat house and raise the other way up. Move all the furniture we never use off the dock. Plus our downstairs is undergoing a reno so have to find a dry spot for that furniture too. Early start to the windy season!

When's this thing supposed to get bad? I may come on down and bring my new boat home. I've never had a full cover from the t-top down and kind of worried about it and the wind. Anybody offer any advice on them? It is sashed down good with about 8 bunge's on each side.

I think I just saw Jim Cantore at the beach leaning into the wind with his rain suit on. It's blowing a solid six knots right now.
I didn't know that they they named "subtropical" storms. I thought sure they'd would've named it Donald.
