Damn. Starting early this year. Okay, you asked for it. So here goes:

THE SKY IS FALLING !!! THE SKY IS FALLING !!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES !!!
WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE !!!

Nothing else compares to spreading fear like hurricane season. Keep
drinking the Kool-Aid Boys. You're doing exactly what they want you to do...

Hurricanes come and go with damage but there is nothing I can do but get out of the way.

Got to sell you more crap! And when I say crap, I don't mean what you should have during this time period living here in paradise with the hurricane threat. But it's a whole market to capitalize on. Can't let it go to waste!

It's nothing right now. Just prepare right now for anything for the rest of the hurricane season and not worry. Have a plan and just follow it for what's best for you! Anything right now is scare tactics and guesses as to what will happen.

Guess it is time to buy 75 gallons of gas, to run my Genny for 7.5 days.
Do this every year, and then burn it off at the end of the year.

Already stocked up on water, we do that every year in June.
Kentwood delivers to the house. So I up my stock to 25 gallons.

During Ivan, we were running low on drinking water (had plenty of well water), no electricity, and Kentwood knocked on the door to deliver water. They only exchanged for the empties, and could not leave new ones. So we just have them add a few more bottles to our delivery now. In the winter we down size our stock.

Got 6 bottles of propane, and 15 of the little green canisters.
A couple bags of charcoal

My son adopted my Gas Chainsaw, I have asked my wife for a new one for Fathers day.
The electric one works well with a new chain.
