Default Prop rattle

Changed the prop on my 2019 Mercury 150 4 stroke and now have prop rattle. Any ideas on how to fix. Thanks

Change props again. Sucks but it’s the only way.

Did you change from a rubber hub to a plastic hub? I had a 115 Yam and when I changed from the factory 3 blade with a rubber hub to a four blade with a plastic hub the prop rattle was unreal. The benefit was enough that I put up with it though.

Maybe you forget the spacer (plastic washer) that goes between the hub and nut ?

Prop, Washer, Nut, Cotter Pin.

You talking about dog clutch rattle? Did you go from aluminum prop to stainless?
