Raw sugar dissolved in the mouth prior to eating a hot pepper will let it go down like a bell pepper... Don't do a dang thing for the ripped up gut or FLAMING CHITS but you can eat any pepper with a bit of sugar first...

As for callin' me out... Make it a Penn 6500 and proper size rod and this ol' white headed feller will do just as stated...

Hell I ate a lit cigg for a free CD back in 1991... IN A BAR... ON THE AIR... ON WDIZ out of orlando...

I am that feller that would eat his sister's goldfish for a quarter!... AND LIKE IT!!!

You mean Junior finishing it off?... The kid was eatin' hot sauce until he had a rash around his mouth at 16-24 months... after that the kid learned to keep it off his face!
Kid drinks any hotsauce we ever had... always has!
He knows HOTTER ones are for "special occasions"

Nobody cares about "junior!" Nobody knows who he even is!

As for the bet, I will personally throw $50 into the hat that says you CANT eat that sandwich with the sauce and take a swig from the bottle.

So we are talkin' a Penn 6500 on matched class rod PLUS $50 for tackle? This might be my most fun upcoming spring yet...

So gonna have to limit the "cold" fixin's on the samich... as I ain't got the biggest appetite... So all i gotta do is eat it and take the swig? If this is gonna be a "can't wash it down" sort of thing, I gotta be able to leave some bread behind... I ain't one of them competition eaters...

And 5 minutes before I can take a drink?

deal?

Brent, I see where you have retracted your original statement about dousing the sandwich in sauce and then washing it down. No problem backing out, hell if that makes you a pussy then I'm a huge pussy. No shame in that. I've heard this stuff is just painful.

No sugar. No liquids of any kind for 5 minutes. And I am going to film it. It has to be a full-size sandwich. No kids menu crap. I don't think anyone besides me has offered up any prize, though.

Okay,

I'll put in $20 for the winner and sign a check to the winners favorite charity for another $40. Heck, I'll give another $40 check to the losers charity as well.

So can we say it's now a "measured amount" on your favorite sandwich (it's okay to have different sandwiches and different toppings as long as they are both built for you by the shop and both 6 inches). Also a member will give each of you the agreed upon sized shot for you to sprinkle on your own sandwich and then you have, say, 10 minutes to eat the whole sandwich.

If both do not eat the sandwich, whoever reaches for "relief" (water, milk, sugar, butter, etc) loses. 10 minute limit to finish the sandwich.

If both eat the whole sandwich, whoever reaches for "relief" or runs to the head is the loser. If you eat the sandwich in 10 minutes, you must still wait a total of 20 minutes.

If both eat the sandwich and can last 20 minutes, you will split the cash.

The times are long here to try to force a LOSER!!!

Jim

Well I gotta say I have Daves Insanity, and Daves Temporary Insanity in the fridge and enjoy both. Hot? Yes. I have even had his Ghost pepper sauce, which happens to be the hottest pepper. I put a drop or two on a hamburger, good stuff. Ashley, my daughter at 14 years old did a competion in Key West at that pepper store with several men, she won but when the guy pulled a bottle out from under the counter and dipped a toothpick in the bottle, well, it put tears in her eyes. Daves Insanity is the REAL DEAL in hot sauces, my advice put it all at one end, eat the other end first, you will know when you get there, then you only have to eat one bite of hot. Video is a must at this event.

Naw I ain't backin' up... I will douse it up good... I mean plain bread and it can't be no 1 1/2 pounds of samich filler...
Any 6 inch on the menu should be fine...

The hot sauce ain't no problem... My weakness would be a full belly...
