No justice for the dead Caylee, but NO proof of who killed her.

Just proves that anybody can get away with murder if you don't tell anybody, don't leave any DNA or fingerprints, and nobody witnessed the murder.

3 can keep a secret if 2 are dead!!!

When you scuff in the dirt... PLAY ALONE!

And the feral hogs and sharks need fed too...

But I hold fast to my first post. The state screwed the pooch on this!

The duct tape wasn't to kill the kid! The twat was doping the kid so she could party... Accidental death... BUT!!!! Had the state explained that the tape was placed to keep the rotting body fluids contained in the carcass (as I believe she taped her up for) then the last heinous charge would have stuck and we could see her in jail for 10-20.

I have to agree 100% with this. If they would have just went for Manslaughter and not tried for the home run with no evidence to support it they may have got more. But only she really knows what happened but I think we can all agree no matter what caused the death the right thing to do was not to go out and party and get a tatto saying " Beautiful Life" while you child is missing.

Not true at all. I bet more than a few on that jury "think she did it". But not beyond a reasonable doubt.

The problem is the perception of reasonable doubt (not saying yours), especially those on the jury. Baez bumbled around like a buffoon, but he did seemingly convince the jurors that "reasonable doubt" means any doubt, which it doesn't. It's a shame that she will walk on Thursday, assuming she gets time served. She should've paid something for what was done, whether it was intended, malicious, or not. It's still her fault as a mother. I absolutely think she did it, but I also understand why things played out the way they did in court. It's just unfortunate.

Cause of death? Undetermined.
No cause of death = no means of death = not murder = no murderer.

Unfortunately, we know a lot of circumstantial information (not evidence) that the jury was not allowed to hear. And, of course the media hype has slanted everything for sensationalism that they depend upon.

Instant, you hit the nail on the head !!!!!! We as a society let our emotions cloud our judgement, the media portrayed her as guilty, thus she must be guilty. Bottom line is those 12 jurrors were privy to WAY MORE FACTS than joe blow news high lights watcher, and they made their decision based on the facts.
