That tree job pic is horrifically humorous...

I would walk off that job.

I have a tiny bit of time as a "climber" but I pride myself as a top notch "ground man". Number one is my safety. Number 2 is the safety of the climber and number 3 is to make sure the climber does not endanger any one on the ground...

FAIL on all 3 of those...
