Default Why is this being allowed?

What is it with these young men (most times black) wearing shorts so low that half their underwear is showing?
Dang, you'd think that they would be arested for indecent exposure.

I was in line behind a young man this morning, he kept pulling up his pants, they kept falling down. I thought about suggesting tightning his belt, or wearing some suspenders. Since he was early 20's and stoutly built, I though it better not to voice my opinion.

It's the dumbest fashion statment I have ever seen and I was around for Bell Bottoms and wide lapells. It too me anyway, is even worse when it's a white kid because they are not only stupid for dressing like that but they are posers as well. I s it racist to say the word " Wigger " it probably is since I'm white everything I say can be made into a racist comment or word.lol , but seriously.

I've read that it started in prison because sometimes prisoners would be issued clothing that didn't fit properly.
Of course, most of them have no idea where it originated, it's just monkey see, monkey do. (and that is NOT a racist statement. White kids do it too)

Ever been to TJMAXX or ROSS and try to find a discount pair of jeans in your size, it very rarely happens. I'm pretty sure thats where this "style" comes from, I wouldn't wear a pair of jeans that are too short but if a person was to get a bigger pair, you could just use a belt to hold them up(almost). I think it's gross and should be outlawed everywhere, it's easy to tell now that it's considered fashion and ppl are trying way to hard to be cool. I love discount stores and prices because they help me enjoy more of my hobbies when I can get most things at half(or more)price, but if the shoe doesn't fit, I DONT WEAR IT!

For the record I am a 29 year old married white guy and one of my bff's is a black guy, he doesn't sagging jeans either.

There's no law about walking around in a speedo. There's no law that says you cannot walk around in tighty whities or boxer shorts either. I don't like saggy pants, but I can't see a law forbidding it. Should we not allow fat people from wearing tight clothes too? Walmart would never be the same.

Dress codes for schools is a different matter.

I agree, everyone wants less government until it comes to a topic they dont agree with. I dont want to see some dudes ass just as much as the next guy but if the gov controlled that what would be next, maybe no fishing or hunting shirts cause they offend PETA.
