Default Who owns a magic bullet

Thinking about buying one. What are your inputs on it? I see mixed reviews on the internet.

Hi Murph. I was up at 3 am one morning and saw the infomercial... What a cool gadget... I went on there web sight address they listed and found that thing to be about a hundred bucks, plus massive shipping cost.... I decided to forget it.... Later on I looked and found them on e-bay much cheaper.... Does look like a great item to have around the kitchen, but like everything else, "If the price is right"..... Tight line to you... TB

I have 2 of them. They are great. Caught mine on sale for 35 dollars at my local grocery store.

We have one and it is a great little tool. You can find the off brands for a lot less than the original. We got ours at JC Penny for less than $40 dollars. My wife uses ours to make individual frozen drinks and smoothies.

so does it munch up the ice cubes pretty good. Some of the reviews say the info commercial lies, surprise.... So you haven't had any trouble with the ice cubes in it?

I know the price is around $50 now and I'm not interested in the knockoff brands.

Yeah, it does fine for ice. We have standard ice maker size ice. It makes a nice smooth drink. I also make my own whipped topping using heavy cream. I can't say it the most useful tool in our kitchen but it is a nice product.

I use the crushed ice selection on the fridge. I also use frozen fruit for the smoothies. Works fine and beats getting out the blender.
