that is a very good point and we do have our prisons full of pot smokers while letting the hard core criminals out early.
I do not believe that it leads to harder drugs and there is even a poster child to prove it.
Meth and Crack along with the others are the main problem and we have been fighting this war on drugs as long as the Korean War which we still occupy. I do not smoke anything or do any drugs but I once past joints around without inhaling like William Jefferson and observed

They are exempt like they are from paying for health ins and getting full pay for life and so on... Oh and I almost forgot they are not effected by the laws they pass either, awesome jobs they have.
