Fresh Sea Urchin...very good. Back in the day raw bay scallops right out of St. Andrews bay. Dang, they were tasty!

There was a restaurant where I grew up that I took a prom date to called Maximillians that specialized in rare game. The concept was cool but didn't last long (probably because they were incredibly expensive and served animals that most people would freak out about eating). On the menu that night for us included:

-Alligator (was odd back in those days at least in my area)
-Panda (not sure how they got away with this)
-Lion (quite good)
-Emu
-Rattlesnake (also quite good)

They had even stranger stuff on the menu but they didn't have it the one time I got to go like prarie dogs, sloth, monkeys, and quite a few other things I can't remember.

Other than that... mealworms (at the insect zoo in NOLA).. accidentally ate a bowl full of weavils once too.

For me I guess the worst was 20yrs ago fried squid a cute little vietnamese girl was feeding my drunk butt at an amerasian bar one night. Tasted like it smells when you put it on a hook. She luckily was also feeding me some kind of fruit the was soaked in a sort of wasabi sauce too that got rid of the squid taste. That and along with about 2 cases of longneck budweiser. Don't exactly remember what happened to that cute little thing but I believe I ate her too!
