Default Warranty info for Dexter knife

I have a Dexter Russell fillet knife that snapped in half. Anyone know what the warranty is?

Warranty

"Dexter products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product." *We do however reserve the right to inspect the product for misuse

That usually means, yeah send it to us, if we are having a good day we will replace it, if my wife pissed me off this morning, well it was misused...
