Default Truck Speaker Question

I pulled out an amp and some subs out of my truck, I guess the 4 door speakers were hooked to the amp now they dont work. Is there an easy to to get the power sent from the CD player to the speakers. I havent pulled the CD player out to see if the factory wire is still there but Im fixing to check it out. Any other ideas?

If you can locate the factory wiring, probably still in the dash and door it would be easiest. Running new wires can be a pain if you do it correctly.

Thanks got it figured out. I kinda rigged it. Hooked the wires that ran to the amp to the harness off the CD player and soldered them together in the back as well.
