Can you imagine if the dead service man had been of a different color than the protestors?

If these alpha hotels ever show up around here, I will be there to counter their protests.

They obeyed local laws, I don't get their point, and I blame the press for giving them a bigger voice.

Heck, I don't even understand the point of protesting a dead soldier except it gets them in the news so people "google" them and figure out their real fight is Anti-Gay.

I'm not sure they help their cause with negative advertising.

These folks are freaks, along the line of Jim Jones, or that nut in California where everybody committed suicide to move into the Alien's ship.

This is sad in any form.

America has lost all of its common sense. The country was founded on common sense. Those people are not christian in their behavior, rights or not. The old testament Israel was constantly at war. War is the nature of man when he loses all common sense.

America was pro-slavery when she was created. Sometime change is good.

Remember, this is the same "Supreme" Court that has three members that don't believe the Second Amendment gives individuals the right to keep and bear arms.

Decision was 8-1, the one Judge who voted "nay" was conservative. Most will say the current make up of SCOTUS is 4 Conservatives, 4 Liberals, and 1 Moderate (leaning right).

In fact Associate Justice Alito is considered the 3rd most conservative judge, behind Associate Justice Scalia and Associate Justice Thomas.

Decision should have been 9-0.

Nexstep, I agree. They make me sick and they in no way represent Christ. To be sure, they are modern day pharisees and will indeed face the judgement from God they speak of for the soldiers. How can I say this? Because they don't love like Christ. Scripture is very clear that if you say you love God yet hate your brother they you are a liar and and the truth of God is not in you. Make no mistake...they look, act, think, or represent Jesus in any way whatsoever. Please do not confuse these people for genuine Christ followers. That's not Jesus.

Having said that, as much as I despise their actions, I am glad the constitution has been upheld. I do regret the pain that it has caused the families of the fallen soldiers.
