Saw there truck east bound on Gulf Beach Hwy yesterday at about 3pm. Has a rack on top with GPS and 4 cameras, one on each corner. Anyone know about anything about them, Goggle Earth something like that?

They make GPS units so I would assume they were doing mapping for their units and working out directional "bugs"

They are also a geospatial data provider - usually just cleaning up the Census Bureau's street data and reselling for web mapping.

They may have expanded though. That setup sounds like how some companies collect infrastructure instead of GPSing everything they use video cameras to aid in the collection of signs/lights/sidewalks/benches/pavement condition/etc. Then it all gets tied together based on the GPS location (stopsign in video,X feet / X anglefrom GPS). Last I saw, that was pretty expensive.
