that rinnai is a nice unit. i have a the 9.4gpm @ 45degree temp increase model at my house. I usually install Nowitz brand cuz it has less parts but the rinnai is great otherwise, esp the condensing models

I think the feds are giving a 30% tax CREDIT for cost of purchase and installation.
