I don't think I would get electric if a small one is 13kw that's 54.2 amps @ 100%

Yeah, we're probably going to have to add a small tank our something under the sink. I don't know anything about the recirculators. Might need to check that out. But I do think ours was undersized from what it should be.

My tankless is on an outside wall just about six feet from where it was at in the garage and I notice very little difference in time from cold to hot. I got a nice whole-house multiple use unit and we can run both showers and the washing machine with no problems in a 2200sq ft home.
If you don't make mistakes, how do you know if you get it right?
