Default talk to me somemore about CCW gun options

Okay, so I bought a nice Taurus light weight 38 a while back for CCW. I wanted something with some power. However, even though its small, its still big. I want something to carry in my pocket. I won't give up the 38, and still perfer it and will get my wife one as well as she would be toting in her purse. But I want something that I would actually put in my pocket and thus carry it. 38's to big for that. I don't want a 380 because of all the ammo shortages I've heard about. So what do ya'll suggest?

I know I'm losing power, but then its still better than nothing which is what I'm running up against with the 38 or larger gun. Not carrying it.

I just bought my girlfriend a Kel Tec PF-9. Its the slimmest 9mm out there I think and its easily concealable. I also prefer larger rounds but I'm not the one carrying the gun. I heard that the recoil on it was a little harsh because it is so slim but I shot my buddies a while back and I didn't think it was bad.

Ruger LCR.

.32 is about as hard to find as .380 but a KT P32 isnt a bad choice, my daily "ultra concealed carry" (due to other reasons I have to VERY discreet).

Glock 27, great gun. You can carry it in your pocket easily but I still prefer inside the pant.

I bought a PF-9 Kel-Tec 2 weeks ago. Looks to be a great carry gun.

this is what i carry everywhere i go. its so small i dont even know its there. its 22 mag and i keep it loaded with 2200 fps hollow points. it might be little but it will do the job. you ought see the fire that comes out of this thing. holds five rounds. it also has a save position. north american arms.

The reason ammo is sometimes hard to find is b/c of the .380's popularity. So many people are carrying it, particularly law enforcement who are some of the largest buyers of the ammo. I really wouldn't let that determine my decision to pass on buying one, though. You can easily order .380 ammo from places like Midway or Cheaperthandirt.com . Hope you decide on a Kel Tech, great weapon.

I carry a Kel-tec 9mm with the belt clip attached. I can wear a pair of shorts and a t-shirt in the summer and it dissapears. With the clip you dont have the extra bulk of a holster. During the winter it usually rides in the pocket of whatever jacket i'm wearing. I have no beef with a 380 except for the ammo. Even before this recent craze 9mm was cheaper to shoot.
