Get a yahoo, gmail, hotmail, or some other web email account. Use it as your primary email.
I'm prone to changing ISPs with some frequency, and I got tired of having to go through all the trouble of notifying people of the new address, and resetting all the server info every time I changed providers.
I started using yahoo as my primary email probably 8 years ago, and I've changed Internet providers 4 times in that period.
But I'm still using the same yahoo email address... Makes life much simpler.

Slim, I have no idea the EXACT speed I have, as far as price, I bundled everything so I pay one set price for t.v., cell phones, and internet, and it is just a little less than what I hear others paying.

Gmail is great.! I don't think Cox is faster than U-verse. U-verse is plenty fast.

I dropped Charter to go with U-verse. My speed doubled.

Internet services $37.95 (inc tax) I was paying more with crappy overcharging Charter

I was paying $150.00+ for Charter cable, and 1/2 the speed of internet..now I pay $75.48 for TV. plus $37.95 for internet.

This is going to completely depend on where you are located. I know someone who works sales at Cox and they get plenty of people who left for Uverse coming back due to the speeds, technical issues and costs.

Grass is not always greener...
