Default Southridge Rd...

I see cars turning down Southridge off of 87 almost every morning. Sometimes 3 or 4 at a time. Looking at Google Maps it doesn't really look like a short cut to 90 but maybe I am missing something. Is it a short cut or is it just a lot of people live down there? I am all for trying a different route to work but don't want to try it if it's going to take longer..

Southridge kicks you out on hwy 89, which takes you south to Williams Norris or off Southridge you can jump on 182 to chumuckla hwy and head towards 5 points. I'm not sure if it's any faster but probably less traffic

I will have to check it out one weekend when not going to work. My luck if I try it on the way to work I will get totally lost..

They might be going that way to go to Central High School too. I think parent drop off is in front of the school so instead of coming down the Allentown Road and getting mixed into kid driving traffic, they probably just cut up Southridge.

There are two large nurseries on Southridge Rd. Emerald Coast Growers where I work and Panhandle Growers across the street. We grow ornamental grasses and they grow trees. We each employ quite a few people.
