he was coming out of a bird house about 9' up a tree

Hard to tell but looks like a oak snake, perfectly harmless, kinda fun to play with.

That one is harmless Sky but be carefull, I "acidentally" ran over a 5' long and probaby 9" round Rattler with 11 rattles by the pond near my house monday.

I figured it might be an oak, and I have already seen a rattler as well.
