Default Smooth Green Snake

Caught this snake a few days ago. I believe its a Smooth Green Snake opposed to the Rough Green Snake.

It would be a "chopped off head green snake" if I'd a caught it!

Gorgeous snake! I caught one last year right next to the biology building at UWF. Was a great teaching prop for ecology class.

Nonvenomous, totally harmless except to frogs or lizards.

I think that's a rough green snake. Notice the keel in the middle of each scale. The smooth has no keel. At any rate that's a beautiful snake. Great job on the pics
